Wrinkles are often poorly tolerated signs of aging. They lead us to research all the existing facial rejuvenation techniques to make them less visible.

The non-invasive aesthetic alternatives offered by the anti-aging products market are constantly evolving and growing. Indeed, cosmetics have been trying for years to offer ingredients and products capable of reducing the signs of aging without resorting to cosmetic surgery.

Non-surgical alternatives to fight skin aging

Previously, there was no alternative to plastic surgery to fight skin aging. Today, however, the aesthetic medicine market is overrun with lightweight non-invasive treatments, temporary fillers that promise to smooth wrinkles, eliminate the signs of aging, and give us a few years younger.

Botox (botulinum toxin)

It is the most widespread filler in the world, if not the most used. Botulinum toxin derives from a toxic substance that has the property of paralyzing muscles and nerves. In the aesthetic field, the Botox is injected near the wrinkles to smooth, its paralyzing effect stretches the skin, presenting a lifting effect. Mainly used for forehead wrinkles.

Hyaluronic acid

It is another widely used filler. Hyaluronic acid is already present in the human body, it is responsible for the elasticity of the skin. Again, the substance is injected directly into the wrinkles.

Hyaluronic acid not only relaxes wrinkles and expression lines but is also used to fill in parts of the face that have been sparsely drained by time. Hyaluronic acid is a substance that is naturally reabsorbed by the human body, so the effects are transient, for a maximum of 8 to 10 months.

Polylactic acid

It is another synthetic filler, but reabsorbable by the human body with temporary effects. Polylactic acid has long been used in wound suturing.

It is a stimulator once injected into the parts to be treated. Indeed, it strengthens the production of collagen.

The effects of the polylactic acid injection are not immediate. It takes at least 6 weeks to have the first results that last up to 10-12 months.

Radiofrequency face

Aesthetic radiofrequency consists of stimulating one's production of collagen. During a treatment, a machine generates radio frequencies.

Like any form of energy, RF can produce heat. It works by heating the deeper layers of the skin. It helps induce a new production of collagen and elastin and encourages cell renewal of the skin to become firmer, thicker, and younger.

The bio-facelift

Bio-lifting is the method that uses natural substances for rejuvenation. Powerful natural anti-aging agents are injected into the dermis to promote cell renewal.

Vitamin C, A (retinol), group B, and retinoic acid are all substances that give tone and shine to dull skin. It is also called bio-revitalization, and several treatments can be carried out over a year.

We've taken an overview of new anti-aging techniques for the skin. Evaluate the professionalism of the person who will operate on your face, and above all do not overdo it.

Pulsed light laser

The pulsed light laser has long been used to eliminate skin spots, small veins, and signs of aging. Treatments can be tailored to remove age marks, stimulate collagen turnover, or even tame acne.

IPL treatment is used to reduce hyperpigmentation caused by sun damage and signs of aging. This treatment will stimulate the production of collagen and even out the complexion.
